I help people. Helping others helps me. I am a Certified Addiction Recovery & Life Coach, Certified Drug & Alcohol Counseling intern (with my own caseload.) I am also a Reiki II practitioner, and I am Certified in both Sound & crystal healing therapy.

What do you offer?
As a coach, my job is to get you from point A (where you are currently) to point B (where you want to be) with ease and efficacy. I offer coaching plans that require sessions that allow me to assess your strengths, learn what your biggest obstacles have been, and address your resistance to change.
I will help you find your motivation and simplify your habits and routines. We will target your strengths to identify your goals and create a plan of action. I offer a distinct perspective, an ear, and a brutally honest, non-judgmental, filter-free opinion. It’s what I’m known for.
I offer accountability, reassurance, the release of so much pressure on you, answers, a path, a plan, a number 1 fan, a cheerleader, a confidant, and you get the idea.
Every client is different and has unique needs. I will do what I can to meet your coaching needs. My promise to you is that I will coach you on any variety of topics that you choose. My aim is to give your life more value, accountability, support, and a different way to do things by the end of each session.
You will experience what it feels like to be truly supported, never judged, and never alone throughout your evolution to your very best and highest self. Together, we begin the journey of getting you to the life you deserve as a high-functioning, organized, goal-focused individual who has a new take on life.
Will you consider payment plans?
I will not consider payment plans, though I did at one time. I do offer an income-based payment plan, which you do have to apply for.
Each package/session must be paid before the session(s). In the past, I permitted a different policy, and here we are. Lol.
If you want coaching but can’t afford it, please email me, and we can talk about other options and/or alternatives I may have available. I try to help those who genuinely want coaching but can’t afford it.
What is your return policy?
As a policy, I do not accept returns. As a person who is considerate and who tries to be fair- I will work with you. If we meet once and we don’t seem to align, and you request a refund within 72 hours of that first meeting, I will try to refund your entire package. It has never happened, but as a professional, I know that sometimes people just do not click. I am not going to force you to meet with me if I am someone that you don’t want to be around. (Just for the example.)
Other than that, I will typically not refund sessions that have already concluded. I am also unable to refund digital products for obvious reasons. Regardless, just try shooting me an email to let me know what’s going on.

PS. When I say visualize, I really mean use narratives and descriptions or visualize. I have aphantasia (blind mind’s eye), and many people use a lack of the ability to visualize as a get-out-of-meditation/manifestation-free card, as I did for more than fifteen years. It’s not going to happen around here. No blaming your ADHD, either. We all have it, and if I can, you can! Trust me. You will thank me later.

Meditation Recommendation
Alunir is my current obsession. i haven’t been able to shift realities yet, but i use her meditations for astral projection.
