Most of the side projects within our PnP ecosystem are toold that offer supporters the value they deserve.
9. Is it trauma-informed?
Yes. Every journey is choice-based, safe, and gentle. I never force you to confront anything before you’re ready. You’ll always have an “exit ramp” and grounding reset. I am a certified trauma informed practice and I am also healing from my own trauma, just as you are. I get it.
I just want to help but please note I am not a medical professional and my recommendations are based only upon my own personal experience and what has worked for me and my clients. The decision to participate and the results is your responsibilty and your participation is your acknowledgement.
10. Do I have to believe in “woo woo” stuff for it to work?
Nope. As a certified sound healing pratitioner I can tell you that the tracks are backed by sound science and neuroscience. If you love the spiritual side, you’ll find plenty of depth here. If you just want the science, you’ll still benefit, and I am confident that you may just catch at least one of the woo's in woo woo by the time we are done.

Yes, with parental guidance. Many features are great for kids with ADHD, anxiety, or trouble sleeping. Parents can use “Parent Mode” to introduce gentle, sound-based practices. My kids love using the app.
15. Why the name “The Meditation Misfits™”?
Because we’re the ones who were told we couldn’t do it. The ones left out of traditional meditation spaces. And we decided to prove them all wrong.
On top of that when I tell you thst not starting to meditate when I was younger is one of by hugest life's regreats, and thats saying something. My therapist was alwaystrying to get me to meditate when I was younger and I would shut her down so quick with, "I can't meditate I have ADHD. Its just not going to happen." Things would be so different if only I had tried.
Meditation has transformed my life and with a handful of other practices I have discovered along the way, but don't worry I share them all. I refuse to sit back and let you make the mistake that I made. No regrets for you , my friend.
