Q: What if I made the purchase but am still unable to download my digital product(s)?
If you can’t download a digital product purchased through WooCommerce, you can try these steps if you are signed in as a member:
• Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable Products
• Select a File Download Method from the dropdown
• Try Redirect only (insecure)
• If the download is a PDF, try clicking the download link from the Order Completed page or the Customer account downloads page

Q: Can I edit the products I purchase, and how long do I have access to them?
A: If products are PDF, they are not editable unless otherwise indicated. However, I will tell you that they were created in Canva, and if you would like to make edits for personal use only, I have no problem with that. Have fun and get the job done. You have lifetime access to the templates. Feel free to revisit them for downloading as frequently as required.
