If you've ever felt like you were too far gone, too complicated, or too much for the conventional path to help — you're in the right place.

Progressing Not Perfecting is an alternative holistic wellness & personal transformation platform for people navigating life's hardest seasons. I rebuilt my life from the ground up after years stuck in a cycle of heroin addiction and incarceration, using holistic and nontraditional approaches that support the mind, body, and spirit. Approaches and practices so effective and transformational that I now teach them here for free. I did it alone, and I have been called to ensure you do not have to.

You don't have to label what you've been through to belong here. No labels. No judgment. Just an open mind and a willingness to stop pretending you're fine.

That's enough. Sign up below.

Tonight's Ritual
Tonight the moon is full and hungry for your truth. Write down what you are finally ready to release. Light a candle. Say it out loud. Then burn the paper if you can — or bury it. The full moon devours what no longer serves you.

“You are loved just for being who you are, just for existing. You don’t have to do anything to earn it. Your shortcomings, your lack of self-esteem, physical perfection, or social and economic success—none of that matters. No one can take this love away from you, and it will always be here.”
