The Ember Assessment tells you where you are in your rebuilding journey. The Ember NRG Audit tells you what is fueling or draining you right now. Think of the Assessment as your map and the NRG Audit as your fuel gauge. They work together but they answer completely different questions.

Most people finish in under five minutes. There are 20 questions across four sections and no trick answers. Just honest ones.
4. Do I need to have taken The Ember Assessment first?
No. The NRG Audit stands completely on its own. That said, if you have taken the Assessment, the Audit is a powerful next step that adds a whole new layer to what you already discovered about yourself.
5. What do my results actually mean?
You will receive a score for each of your four embers and an overall NRG score out of 100. Each ember is rated as Blazing, Glowing, Dimming, or Smoldering. Your lowest scoring ember gets a personalized five-step protection plan so you know exactly where to focus your energy first.
6. Is this a personality quiz?
Absolutely not. This is an energy audit. It does not put you in a box or assign you a type. It measures the current state of your energy across four real dimensions of your life and tells you what needs protecting right now.
